Palm Springs and our hotel is located right at the base of Mt. San Jacinto - which rises over 10,000 ft. from the desert floor. The mountain top receives over 10 feet of snow per year and retains it's snow cap well into spring. Nothing is more relaxing that basking in the sun by the pool while sitting at the base of Mt. San Jacinto. |

50 FOOT POOL/16-MAN SPA
We have a 50 foot pool - perfect for floating away the day and soaking up the marvelous desert sun. You won't feel cramped - unlike some hotels that have extremely small pools. The pool is heated to about 84 deg F (29 deg C) during the winter months! You can work on that fabulous tan - with or without a tan line! SPA - A perfect way to relax and meet some of your fellow guests is in our large 16-man spa. It is especially great on those cool fall and winter desert evenings. |

MISTERS
In the hot, dry air of the desert (usually below 15-20% humidity), a very fine mist sprayed into the air (under about 1000 pounds of pressure) instantly evaporates. This evaporation takes heat out of the air. It's not unusual to drop the temperature in the immediate vicinity of the pool about 20-25 degrees (F). |

SECURITY AND PARKING
Crime is low in the desert but for your added protection we do have a closed circuit surveillance system of the exterior of the hotel and parking area as well as in our lobby. We have a huge parking area so you will always have a parking spot. Of course all valuables should be taken out of your car. Our exterior doors are always locked and can only be accessed by the registered guests and staff. |
